VisionGram is a registered Zambian social enterprise combining expert eye care with a public health approach. Revenue-generating optical services help fund free and highly subsidized care for children, elderly people, rural communities, and persons with disabilities.

Long distances, transport costs, care fees, and the price of spectacles or assistive devices can delay treatment. Limited awareness and gaps in low-vision assessment also mean many people miss timely care, rehabilitation, and support for daily life.
